Installation Instructions! Each archive contains a new start-up screen for: The Sims - Livin' Large! The contents of this archive should be as follows: Setup.exe - Self-extracting installer DFReadMe.Txt - The file you are now reading! ********************************************************* Automatic Installation Instructions! (if you used the default Sims Installation location) The automatic installation assumes you used the default location when you installed "The Sims", which is: C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\ If you used the default location, then simply run the executable (Setup.exe). This will install the bitmap into the correct location! ********************************************************* Manual Installation Instructions! (if you used a Different Sims Installation location) If you installed "The Sims" into another location, then you will need to extract the bitmap (Setup.bmp) from the self-extracting archive (using WinZip). You will then need to create two new folders "UIGraphics" and "Other". Place the two new folders in the following location: C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\UIGraphics\Other\ Place the "Setup.bmp" file in this new location.
